What this build proves
Implemented behavior, observed native results and remaining hosted/provider gates.
Implemented profiles
The default local profile has an independent API, persistent PostgreSQL and a local worker. The hosting profile implements MongoDB transactions and Better Auth through Next.js Node routes. Operator credentials and embedded-customer credentials remain separate; no loopback operator shortcut is exposed by the hosting service.
Current checks
API checks cover both persistence profiles, authenticated sessions, idempotent retries, notes, revisions and allowances. Expanded MongoDB tests additionally cover bounded profiles, signed identity handover, registered action tickets, saved replies/customer controls and private media accounting. Local adapter tests cover provider authentication and delivery contracts without external sends. Exact suite totals and final native artifacts belong to the repository evidence ledger so a changing test count is not confused with a shipped capability. Earlier Swift checks passed core tests and a signed arm64/x86_64 simulator build; the current native source and artifact must retain their own evidence. Three separate hosted UI runs passed independently: feature card 1/0, private photo 1/0 and final read-only actual zoom 1/0. The feature run asserted all seven setup/profile/registry observations and opened a real host editor. These are separate runs, not a combined full-suite or physical-device claim.
Provisioning is not deployment proof
The Vercel and Atlas deployment is reachable at https://lobby-haniis-projects.vercel.app. Live account/workspace/app onboarding and text conversation checks have passed, including private notes and safe retries. A signed iPhone 17 Pro simulator has completed a hosted send, named operator reply, visible transcript and separate display acknowledgement. This proves the tested development path; external providers, physical devices and paid production access retain their own gates.
Remaining release gates
Profile, registered-screen and private-photo paths have isolated hosted native observations; verify your exact app/environment and installed merchant host before relying on them. Host-signed multi-installation identity retains its own canary. Private storage remains disabled unless configured with verified private access and both workspace and global stock limits. Provider/agent configuration and UI, authenticated subscription intake, Telegram linking/registration, leased delivery and knowledge-grounded assistance are implemented; live Telegram/APNs/subscription credentials and delivery, physical-device push, live AI quality and production payment activation remain separate gates. Hosted sandbox payment/webhook and account-email checks are recorded independently. Scoped customer export, deletion and retention, plus quarantined recovery, have implementation and isolated-test evidence. Owner-authorized workspace export/purge has separate implementation and isolated recovery tests. Billing-lapse notices and automatic workspace purge, actual hosted cleanup/recovery, and the full accessibility/performance matrix remain separate release gates. Paid v1 is not complete.
Expo and Flutter have separate evidence
The 0.1.0 Expo and Flutter source pilots add guest foreground text conversations through native framework controls. Current Expo source passed 21 portable core regressions, one real isolated PostgreSQL question/operator/reply/receipt roundtrip, dependency/type checks and iOS/Android JavaScript exports. Current Flutter source passed clean analysis and 22 core/widget regressions. An earlier Flutter source snapshot compiled in an isolated iOS simulator host; that historical compilation is not a new build of the lifecycle repair. These totals belong to different clients and checks. JavaScript export is not a native build, simulator compilation is not installed UI, and neither result verifies a hosted MongoDB conversation, physical-device secure storage, providers or production activation. Photos, signed identity, action execution, remote appearance, surveys/feedback, push and purchase callbacks remain outside these two pilots.
Compatibility
The Swift source minimum is iOS 17+. The current local Swift example is exercised on an iPhone 17 Pro simulator running iOS 27.0 with Xcode 27.1; other supported OS/device versions need their own checks. Expo and Flutter now have source pilots for the bounded foreground text subset documented in their guides. Native Android builds and each merchant installation still require verification; no standalone React Native or macOS customer UI package is supplied. Automatic message translation remains deferred. Geist Serif regular was introduced on 30 October 2026 and is self-hosted from geist 1.9.0.
