# A clear plan, with clear limits

Recurring monthly or yearly billing, with separate development capacity.

Version 0.1.0 · Early pilot · unreleased SDK · Reviewed 4 November 2026

## Monthly or yearly, the same workspace limits

The current offers are US$15 per workspace per month or US$150 per workspace per year, plus applicable tax. Both are recurring subscriptions that renew automatically until canceled. Checkout availability and the selected term are confirmed in the workspace. Includes 5 undeleted apps and 5 seats including pending invitations, 1,000 active production threads and 100 successful AI assists per allowance month, and 2,000,000,000 bytes of current attachment stock. There is no automatic overage. Included capabilities still depend on their actual configuration and release readiness.

## Development before payment

Development has a separate 100-thread monthly allowance. Before payment, stock is 100,000,000 bytes; paid-provider AI is disabled unless the owner explicitly allows a bounded development canary. Both tested API profiles enforce bounded development activation. Production writes require a server-validated live paid entitlement or a separately authorized production waiver. Sandbox payments and unpaid owner test grants do not activate production. Development setup does not take a payment.

## Activity is not a view

A thread counts once per allowance window at its first accepted public message. Notes, views, registration, rejected sends and dry runs do not count. Already-counted threads continue at capacity; a newly active thread gets its configured support-email fallback.

## Unfinished commercial gates

Stripe sandbox checkout is available only for explicitly allowed testing workspaces. Test payments do not take real money or activate production. A redirect, success page or client callback never grants access: the server checks the payment, selected monthly or yearly term and subscription lifecycle. Current monthly and yearly offers renew until canceled; a confirmed cancellation stops future renewal while recorded access dates govern the remaining term. Thread and AI allowance windows remain monthly; attachment stock is not a monthly refill. Historical US$150 nonrenewing orders and saved retries keep their original 12-month terms and are not the current new-purchase offer. Live billing configuration and lifecycle handling are implemented separately from sandbox orders. Hosted live receiver delivery, scoped production activation, and actual cleanup/recovery operations retain separate verification gates.
